In this article author analyzes importance of business organizations competitiveness in contemporary realities, factors that has significant impact on the competitiveness of both business organization as a whole and the competitiveness of the products (services) of business organization. In the conclusion author concludes that due to the fact that market is constantly changing, new technologies emerge, different conditions are changing (including, for example, new competitors appear), it is important to conduct regular studies of market conditions and products offered by competitors, in a timely manner adapt their strategies and proposals in accordance with changing realities of the market.
